Bismuth subsalicylate: 300 mg QID, Metronidazole: 500 mg TID or QID, Tetracycline: 500 mg QID, PPI: Standard dose BID

Duration: 10–14 days.

Advantages: Effective even in areas with high clarithromycin or metronidazole resistance.
